A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join an award-winning,
employee-owned architectural and heritage consultancy practice with a commitment to quality
innovation, and diversity. Winners of Architect Employer of the Year 2022.
The ideal candidate will provide support to all levels of the Oxford studio and ensure the office works effectively and efficiently. With support from our Regional Studio Manager, the role has a wide remit from knowing what’s going on with projects, along with an excellent all-round understanding of facilities and office management processes
What you’ll do
1. Support Lead Persons with fee and resource management by running project reviews with our Regional Studio Manager and making updates using our internal project management software (Rapport).
2. Facilities management of the office ensuring all Health & Safety and ISO standards are achieved and maintained.
3. Ensuring the smooth running of the studio with adequate stock of stationery, kitchen, and office supplies; managing confidential waste.
4. Support in implementing and maintaining business processes and procedures
5. Project administration support to the technical team e.g. booking travel, printing professional reports & drawings, filing etc
6. Booking meeting rooms, hosting guests, end-to-end meeting coordination.
7. Front office duties, including meeting and greeting visitors and answering calls.
8. Arranging and managing local staff events, celebrations and employee recognition.
9. Act as the ‘go to person’ for all employee office needs.
What you’ll need
10. Proven experience as an Administrator
11. Strong organisational and communication skills
12. Be diligent with a hands-on approach along with the ability to be adaptable and collaborative with excellent multitasking.
