Transition / TOM Change Manager
Location: London
Role Purpose
The Transition Change Manager will support the Transition Associate Director to help deliver Global Target Operating Model / Transition related projects. Through the application of the transition change methodology / techniques, this highly skilled change manager will work with the program and closely with the business to identify required changes, the nature and level of change impact on the business and will ensure business readiness for change and that program objectives and business benefits are delivered.
Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives for internal projects across various business areas. Proven experience of delivering offshore / outsourcing related projects and managing culture and behaviour changes.
Consistent success in leading change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, change impact assessment, change readiness adoption measurements and resistance management.
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Designs and executes communications program to drive employee engagement and improve morale.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management Methodology Phases
Planning
1. Support the design and plan the required change management (CM) interventions required to successfully embed the change.
2. Cover people & process change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and management and help the business to develop an understanding of what CM interventions may be required.
3. Support with change Leadership workshops, SME kick off sessions.
4. Create change roadmap, build draft change & comms and engagement plans and cover training needs analysis.
5. Support the Transition team to build transition wave plans and knowledge transfer training plans.
6. Define business readiness checks.
7. Start to build comms strategy and engagement plan and develop program narrative and key messaging.
8. Support the business to be ready to accept the change, utilise new capability, and ensure the successful delivery and embedding of this change into the business addressing any resistance.
Implementation
1. In line with the programme, plan change interventions and ramp up for delivery of the change - ensuring a benefits and people focus throughout and bringing stakeholders along.

3. Support the implementation of key plans and monitor progress of plans against success criteria.
4. Plans will include change management, communications, knowledge transfer, training, and stabilisation plans. Support L&D requirements e.g. create learning/training plans and materials.
5. Lead and manage stakeholder engagement and communications. Help to keep activities on track and maintain alignment with the business case.
6. Execute communications and engagement as per the comms strategy and plan.
Hypercare
1. Support Hypercare period operating against the business retained team model (Service Delivery).
2. Support Service Delivery team through Hypercare meetings, providing change/project governance and tracking of issues, risks & actions.
3. Support Service Delivery team to monitor performance metrics.
4. Feedback on team performance and sign off readiness for steady state independent production.
5. Sign off meetings with stakeholders for ending the project. Create communications as per the comms plan.

Person Specification/Requirements
* Relevant qualification, e.g., ONE of: Change Management Institute ACMF (Accredited Change Manager Foundation); APMG - Change Management; Prosci or equivalent.
* Experience of delivering offshore/outsourcing projects
* Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives for internal projects across various business areas
* Experience of delivering offshore/outsourcing related projects and managing culture and behaviour changes
* Consistent success in leading change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, change impact assessment, change readiness, adoption measurements and resistance management.
* Proven record in developing and implementing change management plans aligned with project objectives.
* Proactively identifies and mitigates risks and barriers to change implementation
* Analytical skills to assess change impact and develop mitigation strategies.
* Translates project information and data into compelling visuals that support project/initiatives' business objectives
* Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes improvement mindset, actively seeking feedback.
* Designs and executes communications programs to drive employee engagement.
* Execute and own Training Needs Analysis, Training Strategy and Plan. Experience in designing and developing training material.
* Exhibits leadership potential and readiness for additional responsibilities or leadership roles.
