An established eCommerce digital agency is seeking a talented PPC Manager to join their remote team. This role is tailored for someone with recent experience in managing Google and Microsoft Ads for eCommerce clients, with a strong focus on maximising ROI and enhancing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Management: Build, optimise, and manage ad campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display/Video Marketing.
* Product Feed Optimisation: Use tools to refine product titles, descriptions, and other attributes for maximum performance.
* KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key metrics, interpret data for actionable insights, and present monthly performance reports to clients.
* Client Relationship Management: Lead client calls, maintain consistent communication, and deliver data-driven insights.
* Troubleshooting & Compliance: Resolve campaign or product disapprovals and ensure tracking installation for eCommerce platforms.
* Strategic Planning: Contribute to the high-level strategy of the PPC team, keeping up-to-date with new PPC features and industry trends.
Ideal Candidate:
* Recent experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts, preferably within an eCommerce agency.
* Strong understanding of both Google and Microsoft Ads, with proficiency in tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Merchant Centre.
* Excellent analytical and time management skills with a proven track record in delivering successful PPC campaigns.
