Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our fantastic team based in Norwich. We are looking for a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker who is passionate about recovery-led care with a focus on promoting least restrictive practice on Rollesby Ward, our Psychiatric Intensive Care unit based at Hellesdon Hospital.
Rollesby Ward provides intense treatment for female service users who are at their most vulnerable. Our team provides care and treatment at the most critical time in their mental health recovery. We focus on providing a high standard of care through a safe, therapeutic, and secure environment, alongside a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled staff.
Main Duties of the Job

You will need to attend mandatory and statutory training and be aware of operational policy and procedures to ensure safe and high standard care is delivered alongside the team.

* Previous experience within the care sector

Qualifications

* Care Certificate - must be achieved within first 12 weeks of employment

* VRQ L3 in Mental Health
* NVQ L2 / 3, in H&SC or Diploma L2/3 in H&SC or apprenticeship L2 / 3 in H&SC
