**Hybrid position –required 2 days per week on site (Stafford, VA)**
ReMilNet, LLC is seeking a qualified Program Management Analyst to support the Program Executive Office for Manpower, Logistics, and Business Solutions (PEO-MLB) Logistics Integrated Information Solutions – Marine Corps (LI2S-MC) Program Office. LI2S-MC supports new and deployed logistics technologies across the Marine Corps. The USMC Logistics Integrated Information Systems (LI2S-MC) program office provides development, sustainment, and service desk capabilities to Marine Corps operators. This position provides programmatic support (to include schedule development) for the Global Combat Support System Marine Corp (GCSS-MC) New Capabilities Development Team (NCD) project efforts.
The successful candidate must be able to perform program analyst tasks across multiple efforts simultaneously, identify schedule conflicts within and between efforts, and develop options to deconflict. Weekly responsibilities include providing weekly programmatic updates, generating reports, briefings, and presentations across project activities.
This position requires a motivated, detail driven team player that works well supporting a diverse staff across multiple functional areas and locations. This position will work with both government and contractor staff. Individuals must be able to collaborate, present, and disseminate technical and non-technical information to peers, customers, and external agencies as required. Successful candidates will have experience in DoD Acquisition and understand the lifecycle management process for Information Technology projects.
Position Duty Overview:
* Support the program in successfully accomplishing objectives by providing support to the Team Lead, Project Officers and Team.
* Assist Program Office with preparing and reviewing required programmatic documentation in accordance with DoD, DON, USMC, and local policy.
* Participate in program, acquisition, production, transition, and integration efforts conducted at working group meetings, Integrated Product Teams (IPT) sessions, in process reviews, and other meetings; prepare meeting materials, briefs, correspondence and summarize programmatic impacts.
* Assist with the development, analysis, and review of acquisition documentation in accordance with acquisition statutes, regulations, instructions, and policies.
* Assist with the identification, tracking, and development of remediation strategies in support of program and system risks.
* Assist in providing technical comments, questions, and recommendations regarding documentation and resulting impacts to program.
* Assist with development and review of program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
* Assist with development and management of agendas, presentation materials, meeting minutes, and capturing/tracking action items to closure.
* Assist with the development and updating of program processes, roles, responsibilities, and business rules.
* Provide other programmatic support as identified.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
* At least three (3) years of experience in IT and technical efforts supporting DoD information technology (IT) programs.
* Preferred experience in DoD Program/IT Acquisition Management and support of BCAT/ACAT programs across the acquisition life cycle.
* Preferred experience in supporting Agile software development projects.
* Minimum Secret Security Clearance.
