Contracts Manager (M&E) Ballymena Competitive Salary and Benefits Based in Ballymena, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to be a key part of our clients team for a demanding work load within M&E and Construction. Our clients are a national mechanical, electrical, and specialist in construction, with offices throughout the UK. This position is full-time permanent, Monday to Friday,pension, benefits package. Day to Day: Overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring that all contracts are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Projects Manager, Commercial Management, Design teams, and third-party stakeholders. Manage procurement, scheduling, and performance while fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and supply chain partners. Administer contracts efficiently, ensuring compliance and maximizing project outcomes. Prioritize safety across all operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Experience & qualifications: M&E Qualifications and 3 years in Contract Management. Technical knowledge of M&E Systems / Construction. Experienced in Procurement, Scheduling and Sub-Contractor Management. High level of commercial acumen, strong attention to detail, excellent communication. UK Driving Licence, able to work to the needs of the business with travel.
