About you:
For the role of Business Analyst, we’re looking for someone with a curious mindset, a proactive approach, and can demonstrate the following:
Good knowledge of intellectual property
5+ years’ experience with business analyst, software configuration or equivalent role
Working knowledge of IP Management Systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Outlook and similar productivity tools
Knowledge of computer programming, database structures desired but not mandatory
Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills, and ability to interact diplomatically with all levels of law firm and corporate personnel
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Experience with project management tools and methodologies preferred
Understanding of project management techniques, methods, and best practices
Articulating complex technical concepts in an understandable way to clients and stakeholders
Understanding of business processes and the ability to define solutions to support and improve those processes
Building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions
Adjusting to new challenges and changes in technology or project requirements swiftly

What you’ll be doing:
As Business Analyst, you’ll be working as part of our Enterprise team, made up of technical solution finders who design custom solutions for clients who are migrating their IPMS to Equinox Law Firm+.
As Business Analyst, your role will include:
Designing and helping to implement technical solutions and custom configurations tailored to client requirements
Working with Project Manager to meet timelines with precision for successful solution implementation
Coordinating and collaborating with cross-departmental efforts to ensure solution compatibility and success
Participating in pre-sales meetings with clients and the sales team
Writing statements of work defining the client requirements and technical solutions
Organizing and conducting client workshops and performing business analytics to ensure successful solution implementation and business efficiency through their knowledge of IP, product and business function
Performing quality assurance testing to support the successful implementation of technological solutions
Providing training to clients on Equinox Law Firm +
Mentoring junior engineers and leading project teams alongside the Project Manager
Working on special projects and other duties as assigned by management
Account managing key Law Firm+ clients including regular check-in meetings and tracking of ongoing requests and projects
The salary for this role is £45,000 to £55,000per year, depending on experience.
