Based in Peterborough – Office based £26,000 per annum The key to our vetting and compliance in social housing facilities We're currently seeking a Screening Administrator to join our Amulet Division, where you'll be instrumental in ensuring that vetting and compliance processes are thoroughly carried out and accurately recorded. This is a fast-paced, varied role that offers the opportunity to work closely with Regional Managers and produce monthly vetting reports, all while delivering exceptional customer service. As Screening Administrator you’ll be: Providing strategic and operational support for all vetting activities across the organisation. Verifying new starter documentation, ensuring all security personnel meet compliance standards. Carrying out thorough checks including SIA licensing, police, employment history, address, credit, and terrorism screenings. Developing and maintaining a continuous vetting schedule for all staff, including contractors and any personnel requiring site access. Accurately updating candidate details in the Logosoft system. Generating and distributing comprehensive monthly security vetting reports. As Screening Administrator you’ll have: Proven administrative experience and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle and prioritise both planned and reactive tasks. A calm, confident approach under pressure, using sound judgment to make effective decisions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels, internally and externally.
