Competitive Salary - Up to £34,000 per annum dependant on experience
Freedom's Networks team have a vacancy for a highly organised Senior Administrator/Team Leader. The main purpose of the role will be to work on the Fuse Upgrades workstream within the Cable Engineering Services Contract across the North East & Yorkshire region. The day-to-day aspect is to ensure that work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures and client specifications.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
* Supervising a small team of administrators to ensure the key processes are adhered to.
* Working with the work management system and administration team to ensure that all jobs are logged, raised, scheduled, and assigned in a timely manner.
* Reviewing and processing any returned documentation received from clients.
* Supporting commercial and financial processes when necessary.
* Following mapped procedures for client work processing.
* Raising Purchase Orders where applicable.
* Commercial and administrative involvement with Works Management System and other IT software.
* Effective communication with various levels of personnel on the framework, internal and external.
What we’re looking for:
* Prior experience within a supervisory and administrative role.
* Strong IT Literacy & Numeracy Skills.
* Previous experience on Framework contracts and with Work Management Systems would be beneficial.
