The role involves providing operational and strategic leadership to support the development and growth of Cromwell Hospital's managed Outpatient Clinics, which cover a wide range of specialties including Urgent Care Centre, Audiology, Lung, Sleep, Neurophysiology, Primary Care and Specialist Outpatient clinics. Responsibilities will also include effective oversight and management of contracts and services with key partners and third-party service providers.
The position directs, coordinates, and supports service delivery at the hospital, ensuring operational management and collaboration with delivery partners, particularly consultants, to drive growth, safe and effective clinical standards of care and governance, as well as exceptional experiences for both patients and staff.
Additionally, the role involves leading the development and delivery of relevant strategies and service plans within Outpatient centres to align with the hospital's strategic objectives and building relationships with key stakeholders to support the delivery of Cromwell Hospital’s overall strategy.
Key Skills / Qualifications
* Clinical Background (essential)
* Healthcare related degree and registration
* Previous Management Training (essential)
* Previous senior management experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
* High level of work organisation, self-motivation, drives for performance and improvement.
* Strong sense of commitment to openness, honesty, and integrity in undertaking the role.
