They are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy Residential Property Team. You will play a key role in supporting our fee earners, managing cases from inception to closure, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing quotes for clients and handling follow-up communications.
2. Conducting ID checks and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Assisting with contract preparation and administration.
4. Supporting fee earners with day-to-day case management.
Key Skills:
1. Proven experience in property law, with a strong understanding of residential conveyancing processes.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and the ability to adapt quickly to new software systems.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. A collaborative approach to work, thriving in a small, busy team environment.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30 with one day working from home.
