Job Purpose
Collaborate with the Creative Director and Senior Graphic Designer to ensure the delivery of high-quality motion graphics content and video editing projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute motion design and video editing tasks as directed by the Creative Director and accounts team.
* Participate in creative meetings, contributing ideas for motion and video content.
* Integrate motion graphics, sound, and special effects to elevate storytelling.
* Develop and pitch creative ideas for both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) campaigns.
* Deliver projects to exceptional standards within agreed timelines.
* Oversee external video editors during peak periods as needed.
* Maintain brand consistency across all client and internal projects, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
Person Specification
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design and video projects.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific content requirements.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
