Actively participating in industry events and regional associations to strengthen professional networks. Skills & Experience Required: A minimum of 5 years' experience in agricultural sales, with a proven track record of success. Extensive knowledge of John Deere products, competitor offerings, and emerging technology trends. Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of business, financial, and logistical operations. A thorough understanding of agronomic practices and customer operational needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other essential business software applications. Flexibility to adapt to varied working hours and business demands. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders. A degree in business, finance, agriculture, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
