Role: - Internal Sales Executive
Location:Luton
Reports To:Senior Product & Sourcing Manager
Salary Banding: £25,000 to £29,000
Primary Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with our External Business Development Managers to develop and implement sales strategies that support business objectives and sales forecasts. This includes new product launches, promotional campaigns, market trends, and competitor activity.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximise revenue.
* Establish and nurture strong working relationships with key customer accounts, working closely with them to meet their needs and identify areas for mutual profitable growth.
* Identify and maximise sales opportunities, proactively seeking new business avenues and converting them into profitable sales.
* Plan, forecast, and report on sales activities, measuring against KPIs.
* Work collaboratively and develop relationships with all internal departments and stakeholders.
* Generate quotes, provide lead time estimates, and follow up on them.
* Handle general email inquiries.

Other Information:
* HOURS: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch each day
