Duties:
1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu
2. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
3. Create and cost new menu items and specials
4. Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area
6. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Skills:
1. Proven experience as a chef or cook in a similar setting
2. Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
4. Able to work on own at times
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
6. Creativity and passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
