Our client, a forward-thinking not-for-profit organisation, is currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join their Governance and Quality Assurance Team on a Fixed Term Basis. The Quality Assurance Administrator will be responsible for providing administration support to the team as well as effectively managing multiple priorities and ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Administrator
1. To undertake a variety of general administrative duties related to the work of the Governance and Quality Assurance Team
2. Administer centralised email accounts for the team and ensure that all requests and responded to or forwarded to the relevant contact in a timely manner
3. Accurately input data into computerised departmental systems, databases and spreadsheets and process, retrieve and cleanse data as necessary.
