Job summary PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION WILL COMMENCE 1 JUNE 2025 Within Therapies we have an opportunity for a Administrative/Clerical Receptionist to join a 20 strong administrative team across four main therapy departments. The job involves supporting therapy services to maintain Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy departments out puts across the sites. The post is to be based at Lincoln County Hospital with possible travel to other sites in line with business need and training requirements. This position is for 22.5 hours per week. Main duties of the job To ensure patients receive appointments within the local and national targets set. To ensure patients and staff receive all relevant information in a timely, accurate and effective way. To ensure all data relating to patients is captured in a timely and accurate manner. To provide a customer focused booking service. To provide reception services, to relevant areas in a professional, understanding and courteous manner. To follow agreed procedures and protocols.
