You will want to make a difference and be able to bring out the best in others, be approachable and articulate, organised and methodical and have excellent administration and IT skills. It is essential that you will hold qualifications in Careers Guidance and a Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development or equivalent; have expert knowledge of legislation and guidance on careers, including the Gatsby Benchmarks, as well as holding GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics or equivalent.
