We are seeking a talented Technical Sales Leader Europe to join our team at Edmund Optics Ltd. As a leader in the optics industry, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch products and services to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction across Europe. You will lead a team of Sales & Applications Engineers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver excellent results. Your focus will be on optimizing the sales process, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Product Support Team to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction objectives
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Regional Sales Managers, to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales processes
* Establish and track KPIs to measure team performance and progress toward sales goals
* Represent Edmund Optics at industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
