Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to solicitors and legal teams in all aspects of commercial property matters, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and property management. Draft and proofread legal documents such as leases, licenses, and reports. Conduct legal research and prepare reports for the team. Assist with client communications, ensuring all queries are handled in a professional and timely manner. Organize and maintain files, both electronic and paper, ensuring compliance with firm policies. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and deadlines. Perform administrative tasks such as billing, filing, and managing correspondence. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in a legal assistant or administrative role, ideally within commercial property or residential property law. A good understanding of commercial property law and legal processes. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software (e.g., case management systems).
