LimbTex Ltd is a leading supplier to the NHS, private contractors, and private clinics in the UK. We also export our materials to over 40 countries and have a rapidly growing distributor network.
We are seeking an experienced Order Processor to join our small friendly team. This role also includes other day-to-day general office duties as and when they arise.
Duties
1. Monitor, open, and process orders delivered via emails using Outlook.
2. Verify order accuracy and communicate with customers if required.
3. Input orders, create picking lists, allocate, and dispatch using Sage 50.
4. Provide administrative support and general office duties.
5. Assist customers over the telephone.
6. Add consignments to courier portals for transporting.
Requirements
1. Good knowledge of order processing.
2. Sage 50 experience.
3. Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
4. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
5. Good level of numeracy.
6. Strong computer literacy.
Hours of work are Monday-Thursday 08:00 am to 16:30 pm, Friday 08:00 am to 16:00 pm.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 39.5 per week
