You will work with one of only two Consultant Palliative Care Pharmacists in the UK and an Advanced Palliative Care Pharmacist, providing innovative and individualized care. This includes entering the protocols onto the system, double-checking the master prescriptions for accuracy, liaising with the cancer pharmacy team and consultants for final approval of the protocols.
