We are looking to recruit a Strategic OD / Organisational Development Business Partne r to play a key role in driving the success of the organisation's strategy by cultivating strategic relationships across business functions.
The Strategic Organisational Development Business Partner (OD BP) reports to the Head of HR and will work across the business supporting all Directorates with their workforce planning and transformation change. Key to this role will be supporting local restructures with the change tools required to ensure smooth transitions. The role involves proactively assessing and enhancing business performance, with a focus on the effective execution of the workforce strategy and initiatives that support the council’s recovery efforts.
The role will also require the creation of an Organisational Development strategy to include tools, and interventions to help SBC achieve its strategic ambitions and embody its values. This includes maintaining high professional standards, fostering ethical behaviour, and delivering comprehensive, transformative interventions that drive change and ensure successful implementation and sustainability.
