About the Role:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support, including telephone cover, processing mail, and maintaining filing systems.
* Accurately input data into computer systems and assist with the production of reports, correspondence, and meeting records.
* Assist with diary management, travel arrangements, and event coordination for managers.
* Support the maintenance of office facilities, property security, and financial transactions such as processing invoices, petty cash and reconciliation.
About You:
* You have excellent organisational skills and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
* You have strong communication skills and work well with colleagues, clients, and external agencies.
* You are proficient with computer systems, including spreadsheets, databases, and document management and some use of oracle.
* You have a commitment to confidentiality and can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
