Responsibilities:
1. Identification of potential customers: Analyzing their needs and preferences, and staying abreast of emerging market trends and competitor strategies.
2. Creation of detailed profiles: Outlining requirements, needs, and pain points to tailor sales approaches and product recommendations.
3. Relationship management: Executing high-quality customer support, responding to queries and resolving issues, gaining customer trust, and understanding financial goals and challenges.
4. Understanding banking products: Knowing key features, benefits, risks, enhancements, and regulatory requirements of new and existing products, and communicating insights to potential customers.
5. Development of sales pitches: Creating compelling proposals that showcase the bank's value proposition to convert leads into customers, and negotiating beneficial terms.
6. Collection and analysis of customer feedback: Supporting the development of reports that communicate key findings to inform product development and sales strategies.
7. Monitoring metrics: Assessing lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and other relevant metrics to identify areas for improvement.
