Job Overview
Monday to Friday working hours, hours per week. Based on a 2-week rolling rota: Week 1 Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm, Week 2 Mon-Thurs 7:30am-5:30pm.
Responsibilities
Monitoring counters and chillers to ensure they are clean, well-stocked, and presented in line with our six principles. You will regularly check restaurant areas to maintain consistent cleanliness with meticulous attention to detail. You must listen carefully and take instructions from your manager, providing prompt and efficient service at all times. Communication with customers is essential to gain feedback and react to their needs, ensuring every customer experience is positive.
Requirements
Following procedures and displaying good food safety practices at all times, you should have your Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates. Previous experience in a customer service environment is required, along with good merchandising skills and till experience.
