MRG is supporting one of the UK's largest and busiest NHS Trusts with the recruitment of a Programme Manager for Major Capital Projects, for a 6-month interim contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing large-scale capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide programme oversight for major capital projects within Estates.
* Act as a PMO lead, ensuring effective project management and delivery.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Key Qualities:
* Strong leadership and PMO skills.
* Experience in overseeing large-scale capital projects.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
