A client of ours in the Earls Colne area are recruiting a Property Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying £22,880 per annum depending on experience. This role offers hybrid working, working 4 days in the office and Thursdays from home.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Act as the primary liaison between clients and contractors, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Log new insurance applications and manage the administration of existing policies, ensuring all necessary documentation and actions are processed.
Respond to enquiries from clients, contractors, and suppliers, addressing queries promptly.
Build and maintain an up-to-date database of contractors and suppliers, ensuring contact information and relevant details are accurate.
Assist in ensuring all suppliers and contractors are appropriately vetted.
Support the administration team in achieving company targets
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Property Administrator position:
Previous experience in an administrative or support role.
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with database management and record-keeping.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Positive attitude, team player, and proactive problem solver.
Real Estate and Property administration experience desirable
