Position: Lead Engineer, Risk Engineering Development Team
We are seeking a versatile Lead Engineer to lead our Risk Engineering development team. In this role, you will:
1. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable systems.
2. Ensure the design of components aligns with the overall application architecture.
3. Work with the team to develop high-quality code, supported by automated testing.
4. Review peer and junior developers' work and contribute to process improvements.
5. Participate in project planning, analyze requirements, propose design options, and estimate work.
Required Skills and Experience:
* At least 10+ years of experience in building and operating high-throughput systems.
* Proficiency in .NET, C#, Azure, React, Angular, and Node.js for API and UI development.
* Experience with relational and graph databases, RESTful interfaces, and design patterns.
* Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Expertise in continuous integration and deployment processes.
