We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Duties:
Office coordinator required for the following job role:
1. Answering calls
2. Answering emails
3. Planning and organising staff
4. Ensuring daily planner is up-to-date
Must be able to work in a busy fast-paced work environment and work under pressure.
Wage to be negotiated with experience.
