I am working on an exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join the fast-growing and highly regarded team of a Legal 500 firm in their Birmingham office. This high-performing team has a strong client base across the West Midlands and further afield, thus enjoying a steady, varied, and reliable stream of casework.
We are looking for an experienced, organised, and highly motivated individual to join a busy team with a view to taking their first steps into formal leadership.
The role provides the opportunity to take on a variety of work including:
1. Settlement agreements
2. Redundancy
3. Business re-organisations
4. Unfair dismissal claims
5. Equality and discrimination claims
6. Absence Management
7. Restrictive covenants
8. Contracts, policies, and handbooks

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience
