Job Description We're recruiting for aTeam PA to join us. You will provide a professional PA service to a member of the Divisional Exco and/or Direct Reports of the Divisional Exco member, with excellent attention to detail and pro-active approach in supporting all aspects of their day-to-day activities. What you'll be doing: Monitoring inbox activity, including highlighting where necessary, forwarding and delegating matters to the appropriate person Completing proactive management of diaries, including all logistics and travel to ensure time is optimised when spent in various locations. For hybrid meetings, ensuring the successful operation of technology Supporting in organising events/away days/conferences for the team as required Supporting the onboarding process for new team members Collating and sharing required papers in advance of meetings Managing all aspects of travel, expenses, and invoice processing. Keeping accurate and confidential records including holidays, absence, gifts & hospitality, complying with regulations Working collaboratively with other PAs, ensuring there is always seamless support in place and providing cover during absence and periods of high workload Continually promoting and ensuring compliance with the Groups Equality and diversity and treating customers fairly policy and procedures Qualifications Who we're looking for: An understanding of systems including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant software packages that support the full range of administrative activities General understanding of wider L&G business and key contacts in other divisions Have a general understanding of the market, the industry, and of the company structure The ability to prioritise a busy workload and to be flexible in a continuously changing environment Awareness of the business strategy and objectives, governance processes and inter-relationships between different areas of the organisation Capable of working alone and unguided, raising urgent matters as appropriate.
