This role is on a 3-month contract basis with the possibility of extension, offering hybrid working arrangements and a competitive hourly rate from £32/hour Key Responsibilities: Performing S42 Enquiries and urgent visits, prioritising high-risk Care Act assessments and Mental Capacity assessments. Addressing situations of harm due to neglect or self-neglect with urgency and care. Making proportionate, person-centered decisions based on comprehensive risk information. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a community team, specifically within Adult Services. Demonstrated ability to conduct S42 Enquiries and assessments under the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act. Car driver is essential due to the coverage of all of North and West Bristol.
