EYFS Phase Leader & Class Teacher: A Key Role in Early Years Education
We are seeking an experienced and skilled EYFS Phase Leader and Class Teacher to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a significant impact on the educational journey of our young students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the EYFS phase, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure high-quality teaching and learning practices.
* Teach classes in the EYFS phase, demonstrating outstanding classroom management and instructional skills.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the diverse needs of all learners.
* Monitor and assess student progress, using data to inform instruction and drive academic achievement.
* Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an EYFS Phase Leader and Class Teacher in a school setting.
* Demonstrated expertise in teaching and learning strategies, with a strong focus on early years education.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate both children and adults.
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, building strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and the wider community.
* Possesses excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Salary:
The salary for this position is Outer London Main & Upper pay scale + TLR 2a. UPS, reflecting the importance of this role in shaping the educational experiences of our students.
