Shape our merchandising strategies and success plans, using personalisation and multivariate testing to create a website that truly connects with our customers. Keep our e-commerce site running smoothly, optimising every element to enhance performance and drive results. Work closely with teams across the business (Product, Direct, Stores, and Customer Care) to create a joined-up, omni-channel experience that puts customers first. Make sure our web content is fully SEO-optimised, aligning with campaigns to reach the right audience at the right time. Enhance customer journeys, making shopping with Sofology as effortless and enjoyable as possible while driving sales and revenue. Collaborate with our Marketing and Buying teams to bring product launches and updates to life with compelling content and trading activities. Share meaningful insights through accurate trading reports, using data and analysis to continuously refine and improve our online performance. In an ideal world You will have the following experience At least 3 years experience in eCommerce management, with a proven track record of driving online performance. A highly analytical mindset, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to make key data-driven decisions. Expert knowledge of CMS platforms, third-party tools, and apps, ensuring seamless online trading and content management. Strong understanding of SEO, web, and trading best practices, keeping the site optimised and competitive. A keen eye for creative elements, with the ability to review and analyse them from both a commercial and customer-focused perspective. Exceptionally organised, with strong planning, communication, and project management skills. Sharp attention to detail, balancing both analytical and creative thinking. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment. A natural collaborator, able to build strong relationships across the business and work effectively with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
