They are looking for a Trainee Property Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service while hitting key targets and KPIs. It is essential to have strong administration experience and a high level of attention to detail. A good working knowledge of Excel, along with being organised and pro-active, is required.

Duties:
1. Working within the Property Management team, dealing with day-to-day maintenance issues received via phone, email, letters, and the website.
2. Ensuring contracts are in place for all services at all properties.
3. Replying to client and leaseholder queries within predefined timescales.
4. Carrying out site inspections on a scheduled basis using our bespoke inspection app.
5. Ensuring fire risk and health and safety actions are dealt with in a timely manner.
6. Conducting periodic inspections relating to health and safety to ensure compliance with regulations.
7. Attending shareholder/director meetings as and when required.
8. Agreeing service charge budgets with the accounts department and attending budget meetings when required.
9. Ensuring property expenditure is in line with budgeted amounts by periodically checking.
10. Saving all correspondence in accordance with company practices.
11. Maintaining the property database for 'out of hours' service.
12. Promoting the good name of the company.
Full training will be provided for all aspects of the role, with ongoing support.
What we are looking for:
