About the Role:
As a Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in the administration, maintenance, integration, and continuous improvement of the Company's internal business systems. This position requires a versatile professional experienced in various technology environments, capable of driving operational efficiency and enhancing the client and staff experience at Attivo.
Your responsibilities will include system configuration, ensuring seamless performance, and implementing ongoing service improvements. You will collaborate closely with other analysts and stakeholders to maintain the integrity and accuracy of business information systems, focusing on optimizing data usability and maximizing the value derived from our technology platforms. You will be pivotal in maintaining comprehensive documentation of the processes and procedures that enable reliable system support.
About You:
You are a highly skilled and self-motivated Systems Analyst with a proven ability to deliver objectives independently. With strong technical competence, you excel at configuring business systems and ensuring that system performance meets the dynamic needs of our business environment. You bring experience in systems security administration and are adept at implementing role-based access controls to protect data integrity.
You possess excellent knowledge of business systems, especially Intelliflo Office, enabling you to drive continuous improvement and optimize business operations. You have a keen eye for identifying opportunities to enhance system capabilities, improve efficiencies, and elevate both internal and external customer experiences. You are highly organized and an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, as the role requires liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You can work under pressure, maintain excellent attention to detail, and consistently meet SLAs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential as you continuously seek opportunities to enrich data and improve systems.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Coordinate and liaise with the wider team to maintain excellent support and configuration standards.
* Systems security administration, ensuring role-based access for all users, protecting systems data and access through best practices.
* Ensure that all business systems have the necessary availability, reliability, and capability.
* Ensure that all systems are up to date, working with suppliers to identify interoperability risks and document upgrade benefits.
* Identify opportunities to enhance the business system ecosystem to improve business efficiency and customer experience.
* Work closely with internal customers, senior stakeholders, and other analysts to improve system usability and capabilities.
* Monitor and prioritize tickets, ensuring issues are resolved and SLAs are met.
* Maintain business documentation to support processes, procedures, and standards.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Strong technical competence.
* Excellent knowledge of Intelliflo Office.
* Experience working under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships with key suppliers.
* Awareness and interest in business system automation and technology.
* Ability to maintain excellent working relationships within a professional team and manage stakeholders.
* Excellent organizational and numerical skills.
* Highly analytical and logical problem-solving abilities.
* Diligent with attention to detail.
* Ability to continuously identify opportunities for data enrichment.
* Ability to work autonomously to meet performance objectives.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Experience working within Financial Services.
* Database knowledge.
* Automation/Power Automate experience.
* RPA & AI knowledge.
