Digital Marketing Executive & Assistant

About Us:
At Imperial Consultancy Services, we specialise in transcription, translation, and virtual assistance for senior professionals in the UK. We're looking for a proactive, flexible, and resourceful individual to join our team in a hybrid role that combines digital marketing and executive support.
What You'll Do:
Digital Marketing (75%)
* Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, and Instagram. You'll also monitor engagement and respond to comments and inquiries.
* Content Creation: Write and design posts and promotional materials, and update content for our website and blog.
* Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. You’ll also track, analyze, and report on their performance.
* SEO & Analytics: Help with keyword research, optimize content for SEO, and monitor website traffic using Google Analytics.
Executive Assistance (25%)
* Administrative Support: Manage schedules and emails for director.
* Client Liaison: Be the point of contact for clients, ensuring professional communication and handling inquiries.
* Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain organized records of tasks and client interactions.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: At least 3 years in digital marketing is must.
* Skills:
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and platforms.
* Proficiency in social media management, SEO, and analytics tools.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with tools like MS Office Suite, Canva, WordPress, etc.
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
* Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and adapt to a part-time schedule with occasional in-person meetings.
