Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
As a Revenue Protection Officer, you will follow processes to track vital data to support in the prevention, identification, reduction and reporting of meter tampering which poses a risk to revenue and safety.

* Use the data management system to raise and track progress on investigations.
* Follow complex processes to ensure data accuracy ready for enforcement.
* Using various data interrogation techniques to identify instances of energy theft.
* Manage overflow calls to deliver strong customer service, with an ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
* Driving best practice and proactive change for the better.
* Team spirit to assist colleagues and promote the company brand.
* Able to work with multiple requests simultaneously and complete each task accurately and efficiently.
* To take responsibility for maintaining an appropriate level of knowledge and seeking assistance from your line manager and/or colleagues where required.

Relevant Qualifications / Experience:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Good computer skills.
* Exceptional organisational skills.
* Ideally have previous experience within a Revenue Protection Officer role or Metering advisor, but not essential.
