As a Lead Test Engineer, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of the applications we create. You will be self-driven and organised and will have the chance to work on a variety of exciting projects with complex challenges within a unique space. You will be at the forefront of delivering core solutions that have real world impact. Test is changing and we understand that everyone has their strengths so whether you lean more into core Test Automation and QA (Cypress, Selenium, Robot etc.) or Test Infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker etc.) we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
1. Design & develop robust and scalable test frameworks using modern technologies and best practices.
2. Get involved in the entire software development life cycle from requirements gathering to design, implementation, test and deployment.
3. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, development & UX.
4. Mentor and guide junior engineers contributing to the overall team's growth.
We are looking for:
1. Experience as a QA/Test Engineer with a strong focus on automated tooling (Cypress, Selenium, Robot, Cucumber, Molecule, JMeter).
2. Familiarity with CICD, containerisation, deployment technologies & cloud platforms (Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Terraform, Ansible).
3. Excellent communication, collaboration & problem solving skills, ideally with some experience in agile ways of working.
Security clearance:
Due to the nature of our projects, you must be British for this clearance type.
For this role you must already hold highest level of UK Government security clearance / relevant UK Government security clearance in line with the job role.
