We are proud to be partnering with a fantastic organisation in Lincoln who are looking for a generalist professional, on a part time basis ideally 20-25 hours across 4 or 5 days a week to assist during a period of organisation growth.
We are looking for an experienced HR generalist, ideally CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent, who can provide support to a small but growing organisation across the employee lifecycle.
Managing the HR function providing support to the senior management team duties will include:
* Identifying training & development needs
* Creating, updating and managing HR policies
* Managing all aspects of employee benefits
* Assisting in the development of core values
* Running large recruitment drives from advert writing to onboarding
* Assisting with any employee relations case work
* Assisting with the starter & leaver process & conducting exit interviews
You will be self-motivated and passionate about HR with an excellent understanding of UK employment law and a willingness to train and upskill employees throughout the business.
With excellent communication skills, you will hold an open door policy where HR is there to support, engage and drive the innovation of the business along with the senior stakeholder team.
