To provide highly professional, comprehensive and confidential PA support to members of the Corporate Nursing Senior Team.
To be the first point of contact for the Head and Deputy Head of Nursing (Operations) and the Director of Midwifery, managing a professional, effective and efficient administrative function within the team.

Qualifications
* Educated to A level or NVQ level 3 Customer Service / Business Admin / ITQ or equivalent experience
* Secretarial qualification or equivalent experience
* Team leader/management qualification or experience.
Experience
* Experience of working in a busy office environment
* PA experience, including minute taking
* Experience of complex diary management
* Prioritising, planning and organising own tasks
* Working within guidelines
* Experience of IT packages – Microsoft office
* Experience of producing documents to a high standard
* Experience of dealing with difficult situations and confrontations
* Experience of managing staff
* Previous experience of working in NHS.
Knowledge
* Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
* Sound knowledge of office procedures
* Understanding of customer service
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Microsoft Outlook and Teams
