About the Role
As a Psychology Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
* Teaching Psychology to KS4 and KS5 students (GCSE and A-Level)
* Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive, and differentiated lessons
* Assessing student progress, providing feedback, and setting targets
* Contributing to the development of the Psychology curriculum
* Supporting students in their academic and personal growth
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of teaching and learning
* Participating in extracurricular activities and departmental meetings
* Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities
Experience and Qualifications
* Degree in Psychology or related subject
* QTS or PGCE
* Previous experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5 is desirable but not essential
* ECTs are encouraged to apply
Salary
The salary for this Psychology Teacher position will be paid to scale (MPS/UPS).
