Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: England, South East England, Oxfordshire Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Description: Job Duties: Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to students with special educational needs (SEN). Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities. Implement teaching strategies to support students in reaching their educational goals. Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly. Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the students' education. Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience working with students with SEN. Knowledge of SEN provisions and best practises. Education: Degree in Education or related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with SEN students. Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of different learning styles and abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs. Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in Special Education Needs (SEN). Experience with assessment tools and techniques for SEN students. Working Conditions: Part-time position with flexible hours. Work primarily in a school or educational setting.
