With over 40 years of experience within the heating and plumbing industry and favorable supply agreements with some of the biggest names in the industry, we are well-positioned for success.
Responsibilities:
* Data Management: Collect and upload data using Excel.
* Graphic Design: Assist with various design tasks using Photoshop.
* Website Management: Help maintain and update our company website.
* Telephone Handling: Answer calls professionally and efficiently.
* Email Correspondence: Manage and respond to emails, ensuring clear and effective communication.
* General Office Assistance: Support the team with day-to-day tasks to keep our office running smoothly.
Training:
* Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification.
* On-the-job training provided by the employer at Homesupply Retail.
* Off-the-job training delivered through weekly classroom sessions at Achievement Training city centers, with allocated time during the workweek to study towards the theory element of the program.
Potential for a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 5.00 pm.
