We're looking for a Service Delivery Co-Ordinator to ensure seamless service delivery while putting the customer at the heart of everything they do. You'll provide proactive support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient planning and exceptional customer service.
About You:
We're seeking candidates with a proven track record in service delivery, co-ordination, and planning, ideally from industries like engineering, facilities management, machinery hire, or similar sectors.

The Job
1. Build strong relationships with customers
2. Deliver a positive customer experience
3. Administer service/maintenance contracts and renewal agreements
4. Generate quotes and follow up
5. Assign and track jobs through to completion
6. Coordinate subcontractor support
7. Manage parts ordering, maintain stock levels and confirm deliveries
8. Lead efforts to complete work in progress
9. Analyse completed jobs, generate quotes for additional work and arrange follow-up visits
10. Manage job costing, ensuring accuracy and profitability
11. Create and issue RAMS
12. Work with finance to meet revenue goals and resolve aged debt
What You'll Need
Essential
1. Previous experience within a similar role; Service Coordinator, Scheduler, Planner, Co-Ordinator within engineering, facilities management, machinery hire or related industries
2. Excellent customer service, administration and coordination skills
3. Ability to communicate technical information
4. Desire to learn and develop technical knowledge
5. Maths and English GCSE A-C (or equivalent).
6. Computer literate - competent in MS Office
7. Experience of planning/scheduling
