YOU’LL BE DOING
Become a trusted partner and growth driver by:
Being the Client Expert:
* Fully understand contract inclusions and renewal timelines, ensuring seamless retention.
* Lead an annual SWOT analysis with key stakeholders to drive a time-bound change management plan.
* Represent the client across all communication and reporting channels, including Board-level meetings—confidence and strategic thinking are key.
Driving Sales and Performance:
* Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and internal teams to set and manage sales targets by channel, tournament, and fixture.
* Define and oversee CRM opportunities and sales pipelines before launch.
* Ensure PowerBI reporting is accurate and insightful, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Maximising Growth and Mitigating Risks:
* Work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, finance, and operations to drive success.
* Develop and execute strategic sales growth plans that align with wider business objectives.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, adapting strategies as needed.
* Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, using data insights to unlock revenue potential.
* Monitor key sales metrics, track progress, and continuously refine strategies to drive success.

* Proven Partnerships Leadership – Extensive experience in successful partnerships/sponsorship teams, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
* Track Record of Growth – Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and business expansion.
* Strong Leadership & Team Motivation – Ability to inspire, mentor, and empower teams to perform at their best.
* Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Confident in building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving collaboration.
* Strong Negotiation & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to navigate complex deals and secure the best outcomes.
* Digital Marketing Knowledge – Familiarity with digital tools and channels to support sales strategies and business growth.
