We are seeking a highly experienced individual to provide high-quality, professional executive support services to our Director of Home Strategy & Sustainability.
The role will be varied, allowing you to leverage your career experience to make a meaningful impact.
It’s likely that no two days will be the same, and your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing executive support, including secretarial and administrative tasks.
2. Using your initiative to work independently, resolving issues or problems without direct involvement from the Director.
3. Managing diaries, monitoring emails, arranging travel and accommodation, preparing meetings, and following up on actions.
4. Undertaking research or leading projects on behalf of the Property Services Director, as appropriate.
5. Generating reports, presentations, policy papers, and routine correspondence.
6. Planning and organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.
About you
You will have a proven track record in an administrative role, meeting challenging objectives while maintaining high performance. You will be experienced in managing expectations and working within targets.
You are likely to have extensive experience building effective relationships at all levels, ensuring strong collaboration and expanding your network to enhance service delivery.
You will be a skilled communicator, confident in handling inquiries and ensuring information is shared effectively, with comprehensive records maintained.
You will be highly organized, adaptable to changing priorities, and capable of managing your workload to meet deadlines.
A strong understanding of Microsoft Office software and experience using databases are essential.
The role may require travel within our operating region, so a full driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
Our operating region includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall, and London.
