Job Description:
As a Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, monitoring, and control of projects to ensure successful delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters. You will work closely with project teams, senior management, and stakeholders to provide accurate and timely project reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project controls strategies, processes, and procedures.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
* Conduct regular project performance analysis, variance analysis, and reporting.
* Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding project controls methodologies.
* Foster effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
Experience Required:
* Proven experience in project controls within the construction or infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of project controls methodologies and best practices.
* Proficiency in project controls tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
