Job overview
We are seeking to recruit a Fixed terms team member in our Equipment Service based at our Elland Loan store. The successful post holder will provide an administrator service in a busy office environment, dealing with service users, family members, and other professionals from across a wide range of health and social care professionals.
We are looking for a friendly, well-organised and motivated individual.
Main duties of the job
Summary of the role:
* To assist with the day-to-day operational administration of the Equipment service.
* To ensure service delivery and staff information is managed effectively and that all databases are kept up to date.
* Use of our asset and client record management system to update records and schedule deliveries for the technical and driving teams.
* Answering phone call and email queries from service users.
* Working with the management team to highlight issues.
* Updating of any relevant databases.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
* Using the electronic Asset and client record management system.
* Assisting with the scheduling of deliveries.
* To provide administration support to the Equipment service.
* Answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner.
* To carry out general office duties such as data-entry, photocopying, laminating, scanning and shredding.
* To support the teams to maintain accurate records.
* Attend and take part in team meetings and regular reviews with the line manager(s).
* To maintain the filing system, including e-filing, for the departments.
* Deal with incoming/outgoing mail/email for the departments.
* Be able to input/extract data, using relevant electronic software.

* Familiar with Microsoft Office.
